PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Kevin Woods Machinery’s CLICK CLAMSHELL CLOSING SYSTEM is an automatic closing system for snap clamshells with lateral hinged lid, capable of closing 5 punnets for each cycle. Click is made of an infeed buffer conveyor belt, a closing system and an outfeed conveyor. It has been designed for the best production continuity.
Click is set up according to the model and dimensions of clamshells to be closed and offers – in case of slight variations in clamshells sizes – good flexibility of use.
The system is fast and gentle, so there are no restraints about products. Click can be combined with any pre-existing line, both automatic or manual.
It is possible to program and control the machine by means of the touch-screen panel positioned on its side.
