FRUIT COUNTER & DENESTER WITH PUNNET FILLING LINE
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Kevin Woods Machinery’s FRUIT COUNTER WITH PUNNET FILLING LINE F16T-C is a high-productivity system made of three machines: fruit counter, denester and punnet filler. It fills punnets according to a pre-arranged number of products.
The standard version is equipped with 3 independent channels and a supplementary device for checking the fruit counting, in order to guarantee high speed and counting precision. Each channel has its own motor and an inverter to set speed. Fruits are transported by specifically shaped soft rubber rollers that, while moving forward, simultaneously spin on their axis.
Fruit transportation and filling system have been designed to reduce impacts, resulting in great gentleness in treating products.

Suitability:
